An example of the schedules of the weekend retreat

Many weekend retreats begin at 7 pm on a Friday night and conclude on the middle part of Sunday. There are some weekend retreats that charge this way: course fees plus accommodation for 2 nights. Many weekend retreat packages would include the meals.

Activities during weekend retreats

Weekend retreats give time to the person to allow the release of the innermost stresses and even fatigue.
